Clearview-backed Orchard & Vineyard Supply Acquires Clearwater Irrigation Supply

Orchard & Vineyard Supply (OVS), a portfolio company of Clearview Capital Fund III, acquired Clearwater Irrigation Supply, a Salem, Oregon-based agricultural irrigation solutions provider, in early March 2022. Clearwater founder Andrey Kaya will continue to lead the business as it is integrated into OVS to expand the platform's irrigation and water-management capabilities across the Pacific Northwest.

Orchard & Vineyard Supply (OVS), a portfolio company of Clearview Capital Fund III, has acquired Cascade Water Systems Corp., with the related Ridgway Supply Company included in the transaction; the deal closed July 3, 2020. Paul Ridgway, Cascade's founder, retains an ownership stake and joins OVS as Senior Director of Pump Systems Design & Sales, strengthening OVS's irrigation and pumping capabilities across the Pacific Northwest.

EVI Industries Acquires O'Dell Equipment and Supply

EVI Industries, a Miami-based commercial laundry distributor, has acquired Jeffersonville, Indiana-based O'Dell Equipment and Supply. O'Dell will continue to operate under its existing name and facility with all 25 employees; for the 12 months ended June 30 it generated approximately $10.5 million in revenue. Terms were not disclosed and the acquisition is part of EVI's ongoing buy-and-build growth strategy.

Caymus Equity Partners Invests in Overland Vehicle Systems

Caymus Equity Partners has made a platform investment in Overland Vehicle Systems, partnering with founder and CEO Sean Angues to provide capital to support OVS's growth. OVS, headquartered in Santa Fe Springs, California, is a supplier of overlanding and off-road accessories with brands including King 4WD and Up Down Air.

Oak Electric Acquires Great Lakes Electric; Northstar Capital Provides Financing to ShoreView-Backed Oak Electric
