billwerk Group Acquires Sofacto

Sodexo Acquires Foodee

Fiserv Completes Acquisition of Payfare

Fiserv, through its affiliate 1517452 B.C. Ltd., has completed the acquisition of Payfare Inc. under a plan of arrangement. Payfare’s Class A shares will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange and withdrawn from OTCQX, and the company will integrate Payfare’s instant-pay and mobile banking capabilities to expand Fiserv’s payments and fintech offerings.

OrderYOYO Acquires Foodticket

The deal — the first add-on under Pollen Street's ownership of OrderYOYO — expands OrderYOYO's footprint across the Benelux region, augments its in-store and payments capabilities, and increases the combined customer base and transaction volume across Europe.
