The acquisition adds online/mobile ordering, self-serve kiosks, digital menu boards and loyalty features to PayFacto's integrated payments and POS suite and positions the company for further growth in Canada and the United States.

Fresh2 Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: FRES), through its subsidiary Fresh2 Technology Inc., agreed to acquire 100% of Youfood Group Inc. in a stock-for-stock transaction. The deal—payment in 38,333,334 newly issued Fresh2 Class A common shares—is intended to expand Fresh2's cross-border B2C food e-commerce capabilities and provide access to new North American customers sourcing food from Asia and South America.

Ya YA Foods (e2p Portfolio Company) Acquires Certain U.S. Manufacturing Assets from Oatly

An affiliate of Ya YA Foods Corporation, a portfolio company of Entrepreneurial Equity Partners (e2p), closed the acquisition of certain U.S. manufacturing assets from subsidiaries of Oatly Group AB, including most manufacturing equipment at Oatly’s Ogden, Utah facility. Ya YA Foods will also complete construction of Oatly’s Fort Worth, Texas facility and enter a long-term manufacturing contract to produce Oatly products in Ogden and Fort Worth, expanding Ya YA Foods’ U.S. footprint and establishing a strategic manufacturing partnership with Oatly.
