Nordic Capital has agreed to become the majority owner of Siteimprove, a Copenhagen-based SaaS company that provides website experience, accessibility and digital marketing optimisation tools. Siteimprove's founder and CEO Morten Ebbesen will remain a significant minority shareholder and Summit Partners will divest its holding; Nordic Capital intends to support the company's international growth and product development.
