Nordic Capital has signed an agreement to acquire a majority share in Zafin, a Vancouver-based provider of SaaS core modernization and transformation solutions for banks. The investment, made in partnership with Zafin's founders and management who are reinvesting, is intended to accelerate Zafin's growth and product/platform roadmap to expand its global footprint in banking technology.
