Nordic Capital has acquired a majority stake in ActiveViam, a provider of advanced analytics and decision-making software for financial institutions, in a transaction completed February 27, 2024. Guidepost Growth Equity, an earlier investor, sold all of its shares while ActiveViam's founders and management reinvested alongside Nordic Capital; financial terms were not disclosed.
