SPS Commerce (NASDAQ: SPSC) acquired GCommerce, a provider of EDI and supply‑chain software for the automotive aftermarket, for approximately $45 million in cash. The deal brings GCommerce customers and capabilities into SPS’s retail cloud network and is expected to contribute incremental revenue while strengthening SPS’s leadership in the automotive aftermarket.

GSI Commerce Acquires Pepperjam Marketing Agency and Affiliate Network

Gsi Interactive Acquires Silverlign Group Inc.
