ConMet Acquires Truck Labs (TruckWings)

ConMet, a Vancouver, Washington-based supplier of commercial vehicle components, has acquired Truck Labs (the maker of TruckWings) to bring the gap-closing aerodynamic technology and telematics into ConMet’s OEM and fleet channels. Truck Labs will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary, with its team joining ConMet’s global operations to scale manufacturing and accelerate OEM adoption.
