TruHorizon Environmental Solutions announced the acquisition of the assets of Phase Engineering, Inc., bringing Phase’s environmental engineering and consulting team into TruHorizon to expand geographic reach and service offerings. Phase, founded in 1993 and co-owned by James Dismukes and Melanie Edmundson, has completed tens of thousands of environmental and property condition assessments for lenders, developers and property owners across the U.S.
