Evernex Acquires Roer (Argentina)

Evernex, a French-headquartered third-party maintenance provider majority-owned by The Carlyle Group, has agreed to acquire Roer, a leading independent third-party maintenance services provider in Argentina. The acquisition expands Evernex's presence across Latin America (to seven countries), strengthens its service delivery and logistics footprint, and consolidates its position in the region's data center and IT hardware maintenance market.
