Proceeds from the transaction were used to purchase a minority stake previously held by MML Capital Partners and provide capital to support the company’s continued growth and operational expansion.

Arcline Investment Management Acquires Rotating Machinery Services, Inc.

Arcline Investment Management, a growth-oriented private equity firm, has acquired Rotating Machinery Services, Inc. (RMS), an OEM and leading third-party provider of parts, repair, engineering, metrology and maintenance services for turbomachinery. RMS is headquartered in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, operates nine facilities, and will partner with Arcline and its management team to pursue growth in aftermarket turbomachinery services.

Patriot Capital provided a debt and equity co-investment; management (including Adam Zimmerman, Michael Perera and Dave Costa) retains equity and operational roles while the combined company operates 14 locations and serves over 2,000 customers across eight states.

Center Rock Capital Partners Acquires Power Plant Services, Inc.

Warren Equity Partners Acquires MacQueen Equipment

Warren Equity Partners has acquired MacQueen Equipment, a St. Paul-based value-added distributor of environmental and emergency equipment, from Rotunda Capital Partners. Rotunda had partnered with MacQueen since 2018 and grew the business through seven add-on acquisitions to a 15-location, 12-state platform; MacQueen's CEO Dan Gage will continue to lead the company under the new ownership.

Pelican Energy Partners Acquires United Services Group

Houston-based private equity firm Pelican Energy Partners has acquired United Services Group, a Charlotte-based full-service welding, machining, and fabrication contractor serving utilities and power generators. The deal expands Pelican's portfolio in the energy services sector and will support USG's continued growth across nuclear, fossil, natural gas, solar, and petrochemical markets.
