MARLE GROUP Acquires Majority Stake in Tangible Solutions

CORE Industrial Partners Acquires 3DXTECH, Triton 3D and Gearbox to Form Additive Manufacturing Platform

CORE Industrial Partners formed a new additive manufacturing platform and completed the acquisitions of 3DXTECH LLC, Triton 3D LLC and Gearbox3D LLC. The combined company will provide 3D printers, high-performance filaments and related services from a single 68,000 sq. ft. Grand Rapids, Michigan facility to serve end markets including aerospace, medical and automotive.

Trexon (Audax Portfolio Company) Acquires 603 Manufacturing

Trexon, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, has completed the acquisition of 603 Manufacturing, a value‑added manufacturer of high‑performance wire and cable assemblies including RF/microwave coaxial assemblies and electro‑mechanical box builds. The deal is an add‑on to Trexon’s Engineered Products Group intended to expand Trexon’s RF, ruggedized and space/aerospace capabilities and broaden its end‑market exposure in aerospace, space and telecommunications.

Riverspan Partners Acquires United Titanium

Riverspan Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on industrials, has acquired United Titanium, a Wooster, Ohio-based manufacturer of specialty titanium, zirconium and other-alloy fasteners, fittings and precision components. Financial terms were not disclosed; United Titanium will remain headquartered in Wooster under its existing leadership while Riverspan provides capital and operational support to drive product innovation, manufacturing improvements and global customer growth.

Spartronics (OEP) Acquires Inovar, Inc.

Spartronics, a portfolio company of One Equity Partners, has completed the acquisition of Inovar, Inc., a Tier‑3 electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider headquartered in North Logan, Utah. The add‑on expands Spartronics’ EMS capabilities, OEM customer base across aerospace, defense and medical markets, and adds a near‑shore facility in Tecate, Mexico to complement its existing global footprint.
