Creative Solutions in Healthcare Acquires 18 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Texas

Creative Solutions in Healthcare has closed or contracted the purchase of 18 skilled nursing facilities across Texas (including Dallas, Fort Worth and El Paso), representing 2,228 licensed beds and an appraised portfolio value of $218 million. The family-owned operator is using HUD-insured permanent financing (with a $155 million HUD debt pipeline) and a mix of bridge, TPA assumption and straight-to-HUD structures to accelerate platform growth and consolidation in the Texas long-term care market.

Dynamic Infusion Acquires Solution Nursing (CCE Partners)

Dynamic Infusion has acquired CCE Partners d/b/a Solution Nursing, adding operations in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Northern Virginia to its home infusion nursing platform. The co-owners of Solution Nursing, Christina Sabin-Scharff and Charles Sperling, will continue with Dynamic to lead regional operations; RiverGlade Capital is the primary investor backing Dynamic. The deal expands Dynamic's Mid-Atlantic footprint and increases its capacity to deliver home infusion services for specialty pharmacies.

Sheridan Capital Partners Invests in National Care Systems
