Vero Fiber Acquires Montana Digital (MtnMax)

Vero Broadband, LLC (dba Vero Fiber) has acquired Montana Digital, LLC (operating as MtnMax), a fiber broadband and enterprise connectivity provider serving Flathead County, Montana. The acquisition expands Vero's FTTP footprint into Montana, adding roughly 261 route miles of fiber and more than 1,500 residential and commercial customers while keeping the MtnMax brand and operations intact.
