NOVA Infrastructure Acquires Majority Stake in telMAX

NOVA Infrastructure, alongside Quintana Infrastructure & Development (QID), completed an investment in telMAX Inc., with NOVA acquiring a majority interest. The capital will be used to accelerate telMAX's buildout of a 100% fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) network in targeted suburban markets across the Greater Toronto Area, with first FTTH customers expected in Q2 2021.

Proximus Acquires EQT's Stake in Fiberklaar

Fiberklaar, headquartered in Ghent, is Flanders’ leading independent fiber-to-the-home provider and the transaction is intended to increase rollout efficiency and capture synergies to accelerate fiber deployment across Flanders.

MasMovil retains a minority stake and remains the network's technological partner while Orange is an anchor customer; the transaction gives Onivia national reach across urban and rural Spain.
