Mereo Networks Acquires DISH Fiber and Rebrands as Mereo Fiber

Mereo Networks (rebranding to Mereo Fiber) acquired DISH Fiber Internet L.L.C. from DISH Network Corporation in a transaction that closed April 30, 2025. The deal—an add-on to the PE-backed Mereo platform—expands Mereo's bulk fiber footprint (adding ~25,000 residential units) and extends its geographic reach across key Sun Belt, Mountain West and Great Lakes markets.
