Highway 89 Ventures (Mereo Networks) Acquires Four Regional Bulk-Internet Operators

Highway 89 Ventures, operating under the Mereo Networks brand and backed by an investment from Freedom 3 Capital, acquired four regional operating companies — Broadband Holdings, Digital Home Lifestyles, Mereo Networks and Vicidiem — to create a single-source bulk fiber internet solution for multi-family developers. The combined business now serves more than 400 properties and about 40,000 subscribers across 18 states, positioning the platform as one of the largest bulk internet providers in the Western United States.
