Ali Holding S.r.l. (Ali Group) agreed to acquire Welbilt, Inc. in an all-cash transaction valuing Welbilt at $24.00 per share (about $3.5 billion equity value and $4.8 billion enterprise value). The deal, approved by both boards and supported by significant Welbilt shareholders, completed with Welbilt's common stock ceasing trading on July 28, 2022; the acquisition expands Ali Group's product portfolio and global foodservice equipment footprint.
