Fosbel, a portfolio company of The Anderson Group, has acquired the assets of Wahl Refractory Solutions and will continue operating out of Wahl’s Fremont, Ohio manufacturing plant. The acquisition vertically integrates Fosbel’s supply chain and enables expansion into new end markets such as cement and aluminum.
