Clearlake Capital Group has signed a definitive agreement to acquire TKE Holdings, Inc. (dba Dimora Brands) from affiliates of The Jordan Company. Dimora Brands, a Dallas-based designer, manufacturer and seller of high-end cabinet and door hardware, faucets and home accessories led by CEO Greg Gottlieb, will continue to be led by its existing management team; financial terms were not disclosed and the deal was expected to close in December 2020.

SCF Partners Acquires DeltaValve and TapcoEnpro from CIRCOR International

SCF Partners, a Houston-based private equity firm, has acquired DeltaValve (Salt Lake City) and TapcoEnpro (Houston) from CIRCOR International. The two businesses are manufacturers of severe-service industrial valves and related controls used across refining, petrochemical and energy infrastructure; SCF says it will expand product and service offerings and pursue growth and diversification in these end markets.

Dresser Utility Solutions Acquires Kobus

Dresser Utility Solutions, a portfolio company of First Reserve, has acquired Kobus, a provider of gas and water pipe-pulling technology and a portfolio company of Agile Growth Equity. Kobus will continue operating from its Houston (U.S.) and Tamworth (U.K.) locations and the deal expands Dresser's capabilities for safer, faster, and more cost-effective underground gas and water pipe replacement to address aging utility infrastructure.

TAP Software Holdings (Terminus Capital Partners) Acquires Delta Data from Accel-KKR

TAP Software Holdings, an enterprise software investment vehicle managed by Terminus Capital Partners (with participation from Petrus Asset Management Company), has acquired Delta Data, a pooled investment fund administration software provider, from Accel-KKR. Delta Data — founded in 1985 and serving major banks, retirement recordkeepers, and investment managers — will continue to be led by CEO Whitfield Athey as the buyer invests in product and infrastructure to drive growth.

Fastenal Acquires Manufacturer's Supply Company (Mansco) Assets

Fastenal Company signed an agreement to acquire certain assets of Manufacturer's Supply Company (Mansco), a Hudsonville, Michigan-based fastener and industrial supply distributor. The asset purchase gives Fastenal entry into Mansco's strong commercial furniture OEM end market and expands Fastenal's distribution and inventory-management capabilities across Mansco's Michigan, Alabama and Texas facilities.

DELABIE Group Acquires KWC Professional from Equistone Partners Europe

France-headquartered DELABIE Group has agreed to acquire KWC Professional from Equistone Partners Europe, creating a leading pan‑European industrial group in tapware and sanitary equipment for public and commercial buildings. KWC Professional is headquartered in Unterkulm, Switzerland, operates across multiple European markets and the Middle East, and employs around 400 people; the transaction completes Equistone's full realisation of its investment in KWC Group and is subject to customary closing conditions.
