Agile Growth Equity has completed the acquisition of Kobus (Kobus Services Limited and Kobus, Inc.), a trenchless technology provider headquartered in Houston, Texas with operations in Tamworth, England. The private equity firm will partner with Kobus management to expand market awareness and accelerate delivery of the company's trenchless pipe-replacement tools and services to municipalities, water and gas utilities worldwide.

Dresser Utility Solutions Acquires Total Piping Solutions

Dresser Utility Solutions has acquired the assets of Total Piping Solutions (TPS) and will integrate TPS’ patented product lines into its Dresser Pipeline Solutions (DPS) business. The acquisition transfers TPS trademarks and patents (including TX3, Triple Tap, Quick Cam, and Ultra-Sleeve) to expand DPS’ product portfolio and distribution for water and wastewater markets in the U.S. and globally.

KPS Capital Partners Acquires Lufkin Rod Lift Solutions from Baker Hughes

KPS Capital Partners has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Lufkin rod lift solutions business from Baker Hughes. The transaction transfers Lufkin’s rod lift assets, brand rights, facilities, IP and personnel to an affiliate of KPS, creating an independent energy equipment platform headquartered in Missouri City, Texas; completion was expected mid‑2020 and is subject to customary conditions.

Dresser Utility Solutions Acquires Itron's Global Gas Regulator and European C&I Gas Metering and Stations Business

Masco's Delta Faucet Company Acquires Kraus

Delta Faucet Company, a division of Masco Corporation, has signed a definitive agreement for Masco to acquire the assets of Kraus, an online plumbing-fixture company. Kraus, headquartered in Port Washington, New York and employing about 100 people, will operate as an affiliate of Delta Faucet Company following a closing expected by Q1 2021.
