Dresser Utility Solutions Acquires Kobus

Dresser Utility Solutions, a portfolio company of First Reserve, has acquired Kobus, a provider of gas and water pipe-pulling technology and a portfolio company of Agile Growth Equity. Kobus will continue operating from its Houston (U.S.) and Tamworth (U.K.) locations and the deal expands Dresser's capabilities for safer, faster, and more cost-effective underground gas and water pipe replacement to address aging utility infrastructure.
