LaserShip Acquires OnTrac Logistics

LaserShip is acquiring West Coast parcel carrier OnTrac Logistics for approximately $1.3 billion, creating the largest regional parcel carrier in the United States by combining eastern and western networks. The combined company will expand LaserShip’s footprint coast-to-coast, increasing scale to better compete with national carriers and generate about $1.6 billion in combined revenue, according to Moody’s.
