PentaFour Acquires Winterhawk Consulting from Pathlock

PentaFour Solutions acquired the business and assets of Winterhawk Consulting, a former subsidiary of Pathlock, in a corporate carve-out. The deal strengthens PentaFour's ERP and GRC capabilities by adding Winterhawk's SAP GRC implementation and managed-services expertise and experienced delivery teams in the US and Philippines.

The companies also entered an operating agreement under which Tier 1 will provide deployment support services and wireline diagnostics to aid commercialization and field deployment of Winterhawk's technology.
