Intrepid Solutions Acquires Business Unit of Delta Solutions and Strategies

Intrepid Solutions and Services, LLC completed the acquisition of a business unit of Delta Solutions and Strategies, LLC, including the GSA OASIS Pool 4 contract vehicle (novation completed May 2, 2020). The deal expands Intrepid's federal contract portfolio and represents the company's second acquisition since receiving an investment from Bluestone Investment Partners less than a year earlier.

HKW portfolio company CIS Secure Computing, Inc. acquired Intrepid Solutions and Services, LLC to expand its information technology modernization, data analysis/cybersecurity, and intelligence training capabilities for defense and intelligence customers. The deal, announced August 3, 2022, creates a vertically integrated organization combining CIS Secure's secure collaboration and tactical communications technology with Intrepid's services expertise; financial terms were not disclosed.

Systems Planning & Analysis (SPA), a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, has acquired Intrepid, a Huntsville, Alabama-based engineering firm with prime positions in missiles and space, enterprise modernization, and aviation and mission support. The add-on strengthens SPA's capabilities in integrated battle management and enterprise modernization, broadening its presence with the U.S. Army and enhancing mission support across missile, space and aviation domains.

BWM founder Jacqueline Bahe will join Intrepid as BWM President to continue running the business, which expands Intrepid's cyber and intelligence analytic capabilities and customer relationships.

Bluestone Investment Partners completed an investment in Intrepid Solutions and Services, a Sterling, Virginia-based provider of enterprise IT, data analytics, and operational training to the U.S. Intelligence Community. The transaction included a co-investment from Route 2 Capital Partners (an SBIC), and Bluestone said the capital will support Intrepid’s organic growth and M&A-led expansion as a platform in the government services market.
