The acquisition expands 48forty's footprint in the Northeast and is the sixth add-on since Audax's investment in 48forty in November 2020; terms were not disclosed.

Pallet Consultants — founded in 1996 and operating six locations in the southeastern United States with more than 350 employees — will remain led by founder Gus Gutierrez, who will remain a significant shareholder and join 48forty's leadership team; terms were not disclosed.
