CAI Software Acquires Radley Corporation with Follow-on Funding from Main Street Capital

Main Street Capital Corporation completed a $22.3 million follow-on investment (term debt plus equity) in CAI to support the acquisition and further growth of the platform.

CI Financial Acquires Radnor Financial Advisors

CI Financial Corp. agreed to acquire Radnor Financial Advisors, a Wayne, Pennsylvania-based RIA with approximately US$2.6 billion in assets under management, expanding CI's U.S. wealth-management platform and Mid-Atlantic presence. Emigrant Partners/Fiduciary Network sold its minority interest; financial terms were not disclosed and the deal required customary regulatory approvals.
