TriBuild Acquires RADAR Construction Software

TriBuild, a provider of SaaS solutions for specialty trade contractors, has acquired RADAR Construction Software, a Mead, Colorado–based provider of cloud-based construction project management software. The acquisition adds RADAR's integrated project management, change-order and contract management, scheduling and equipment-tracking capabilities to TriBuild's existing product suite to expand its offerings for trade contractors.

The deal brings Trihedral's SCADA software and engineering services into Delta's industrial automation, AI and data analytics strategy to strengthen offerings for smart manufacturing, smart cities and utility end markets.
