ShiftKey completed a strategic investment in Cleveland-based OnShift, a provider of workforce management technology for post-acute and long-term care facilities. The minority investment will keep both companies operating independently while enabling integration of ShiftKey's marketplace with OnShift's scheduling and workforce management tools to provide a unified scheduling view for healthcare facilities and help address staffing challenges.

Beeline Acquires JoinedUp to Expand Shift-Based Workforce Capabilities

Beeline has acquired JoinedUp, a London-based provider of high-volume, shift-based workforce management software. The acquisition integrates JoinedUp’s scheduling, time & attendance, and invoicing capabilities into Beeline’s extended workforce platform to better serve clients and staffing firms managing shift-based temporary labor. JoinedUp will operate as a division of Beeline and continue to use its name.

UKG Inc. Acquires Quorbit

UKG Inc. has acquired Quorbit, an Oxford-based startup that provides long-term workforce planning and labor-forecasting software for frontline and hourly roles. The acquisition will integrate Quorbit’s Google Cloud–built planning capabilities into UKG’s HCM suite to enhance strategic workforce planning, employee development, and operational insights for industries such as food service, hospitality, logistics, manufacturing, and retail.

iQmetrix Acquires Shiftlab

The deal expands Workleap’s product capabilities and U.S. team as the company continues to build a unified ecosystem of workplace tools following a recent $125M CAD investment from CDPQ.
