The Conrad Company's GreasePoint division has acquired Lubromation, Inc., an automatic lubrication systems provider based in Charlotte, North Carolina; the deal closed April 7, 2023 with Generational Equity advising the seller. Lubromation will transition to The Conrad Company's GreasePoint brand over the following six months while maintaining a physical presence in the Greater Charlotte area, strengthening GreasePoint's lubrication service footprint across the Mid-Atlantic.
