The deal expands Axiologic's intelligence capabilities and financial, technology and program management expertise for classified federal customers, and nearly doubles the combined team's size. Advisors on the transaction included Miles & Stockbridge PC and Atlantic Union Bank for Axiologic and FON Corporate Finance and Rees Broome for Knowledge Link.

Salesforce Acquires ClickSoftware from Francisco Partners for $1.4B EV

Salesforce has agreed to acquire ClickSoftware from Francisco Partners for an enterprise value of $1.4 billion, adding Click's AI-driven field service management and scheduling capabilities to Salesforce's Service Cloud. Francisco Partners, which took Click private in 2015, was advised by Goldman Sachs and Paul Hastings during the transaction.
