Xllnc Group AB Acquires REPLACE OÜ

Xllnc Group AB, majority owned by Norvestor VII, L.P., has acquired REPLACE OÜ, a European mobile and IT equipment recycling and refurbishing provider founded in Estonia. The deal makes Xllnc a leading sustainable IT services provider in the Nordics by adding recycling, refurbishing and re-marketing capabilities and bringing the combined group to more than 1 million devices under management and ~SEK 3.2 billion pro forma revenues in 2019.

Summa Equity will retain ownership of Lin Software and focus on scaling the Loops product while Xllnc will integrate Lin Solutions' services and capabilities to strengthen its IT lifecycle offering.

Nordic Capital will partner with Foxway management and alongside Norvestor to support continued growth, international expansion and Foxway’s focus on circular IT services; Foxway is a Sweden‑headquartered provider of device refurbishment, asset recovery and lifecycle services with over 1,000 employees and SEK ~7.6bn in revenue (2022).

Recover Nordic is a Nordic market leader in property remediation and environmental services, headquartered in Oslo with over 90 branches and more than 2,100 employees; EQT said it will support the company’s digitalization, professionalization and continued M&A-led growth.

Sortera Group Acquires Vaihtolava

Sortera Group has acquired Vaihtolava, a Finnish logistics and construction-materials sorting company, establishing a substantial platform in Finland. Vaihtolava operates two sorting facilities in the Helsinki region, employs ~100 people, generates roughly €18m in annual revenue and sorts over 100,000 tonnes of waste per year; management will remain in place.
