Coastal Television Broadcasting Holdings LLC acquired television stations controlled by Wyoming Media Group (WMG) in the Cheyenne and Casper, Wyoming markets. Capital Southwest led the financing for the transaction (with Main Street Capital as a co-investor) by providing term loans and a revolving credit facility to support the acquisition and ongoing operations.
