(TSX:SHLE) acquired RWR Trucking Inc.'s sand trucking assets, including a fleet of 27 tractors and 52 trailers, in a transaction comprised of cash, a vendor take back note, and assumed lease obligations. The deal brings key RWR drivers, dispatchers and support personnel into Source to strengthen its Last Mile Logistics capabilities and support frac sand distribution to oil and gas customers.

POWER, an employee-owned U.S. engineering and environmental consulting firm based in Hailey, Idaho, has ~4,000 employees and 50 offices across North America; the acquisition is expected to deliver cost synergies and cross-selling opportunities.
