HelpSystems (rebranded as Fortra) signed a merger agreement to acquire Alert Logic, a managed detection and response (MDR) leader, to strengthen its cybersecurity and managed services portfolio. Alert Logic — a cloud-native MDR provider with thousands of customers — will become a cornerstone of HelpSystems/Fortra's security offerings, helping customers address cybersecurity skills shortages and secure hybrid IT environments.

Sumo Logic Acquires JASK Labs

Sumo Logic acquired JASK Labs to integrate JASK's cloud-native Autonomous Security Operations Center (ASOC) capabilities into Sumo Logic's Continuous Intelligence Platform, expanding its cloud-native security intelligence, cloud SIEM and compliance offerings. The deal adds JASK's security engineering talent and an Austin, Texas office to Sumo Logic and aims to reduce alert fatigue and automate SOC workflows for modern, multi-cloud environments.

LevelBlue Acquires Alert Logic Managed Services Business from Fortra

LevelBlue has acquired Fortra’s Alert Logic managed services business—covering Alert Logic’s MDR, XDR, and WAF managed services—under a broader long-term strategic partnership that makes Fortra a leading technology partner for LevelBlue. The deal expands LevelBlue’s global managed detection and response platform and provides Alert Logic customers access to a larger global footprint and broader threat telemetry; Santander and Stephens served as financial advisors to LevelBlue and Fortra/Alert Logic, respectively.

Accenture to Acquire Logic

Accenture has entered into an agreement to acquire Logic, a Minneapolis-based retail technology services firm that employs approximately 800 professionals and serves more than 150 retail clients worldwide. The acquisition will strengthen Accenture’s retail technology transformation capabilities across merchandising, stores, digital, analytics, cloud, and AI; terms were not disclosed and the deal is subject to customary closing conditions.

The deal, completed June 13, 2011, adds ClickEquations' keyword-based paid-search capabilities to CI’s existing product-search and online marketing services; terms were not disclosed.

LogicMonitor Acquires Catchpoint

LogicMonitor has completed the acquisition of Catchpoint to create an AI‑powered, end‑to‑end observability platform that combines deep infrastructure telemetry with Internet‑level visibility. Pulse 2.0 reported the deal is valued at over $250 million; Cantor Fitzgerald advised Catchpoint while Jefferies LLC and William Blair advised LogicMonitor.
