Korbyt Acquires NFS Technology

Korbyt, a Dallas-based provider of cloud-native workplace communications and digital signage solutions, has acquired NFS Technology, a provider of meeting room booking and space management software. The deal was completed in partnership with Clearhaven Partners (which invested in Korbyt in 2023) to expand Korbyt's Korbyt Anywhere platform with NFS's Rendezvous suite and accelerate geographic and product expansion.
