Sigma Defense LLC, a portfolio company of Sagewind Capital, has acquired SOLUTE Inc., a San Diego-based DoD engineering firm specializing in software engineering, cybersecurity, cloud architectures and DevSecOps. The acquisition expands Sigma Defense's software-led capabilities for C5ISR, JADC2 and tactical SATCOM communications and strengthens SOLUTE's relationships within the Department of the Navy.

Sigma Defense Systems LLC, a portfolio company of Sagewind Capital, has acquired Sub U Systems to expand its C5ISR, JADC2 and tactical SATCOM communications capabilities. The deal brings Sub U's ruggedized routers, switches and edge computing hardware into Sigma Defense's portfolio to accelerate delivery of ISR relay, edge compute, AI/ML and analytics solutions for defense and public-safety customers.
