Frontline Education Acquires Perennial EdTech from Alpine Investors

Frontline Education has completed the acquisition of Perennial EdTech — the Alpine Investors-backed platform of K‑12 education software companies that includes Escape Technology, Digital Schools, eDoctrina, Healthmaster and Software Answers. The acquisition expands Frontline’s school administration platform by adding ERP, student information, assessment and school health management capabilities; terms were not disclosed.
