Roper Technologies has completed an all-cash acquisition of Frontline Education from private equity firm Thoma Bravo for approximately $3.725 billion. Frontline, a provider of K-12 administration software for human capital, student programs and business operations, will join Roper's portfolio to expand its presence in vertical education software.
