Roper Technologies has agreed to acquire iPipeline, a provider of cloud-based software solutions for the life insurance and financial services industry. The transaction, announced August 8, 2019, will transfer iPipeline from private equity owner Thoma Bravo to Roper; the deal is expected to close in Q3 2019 subject to regulatory approval.
