XanEdu Acquires NextLesson

XanEdu, a Frontenac-backed educational products and services company based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, has acquired NextLesson, a San Francisco–based provider of Common Core–aligned K–12 courseware and digital lessons. The acquisition expands XanEdu's digital courseware capabilities and integrates NextLesson's LMS-enabled content and grading automation into XanEdu's customized content and delivery offerings for K-12 and higher education.
