Terratest Acquires ASAP Group to Expand in North America

Spanish foundation and geotechnical specialist Terratest has acquired Florida-based ASAP Group, a shoring and foundation-support company with patented Sheetpiler technology, to accelerate its expansion into the U.S. market. ASAP Group will join Terratest's existing U.S. operations alongside GeoStructures, enabling closer cooperation on ground improvement, microtunnelling and foundation works across North America.
