Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits Acquires Horizon Beverage Group

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits has agreed to acquire Horizon Beverage Group, Inc., adding Horizon's Massachusetts and Rhode Island operations, portfolio, warehouse capacity and delivery fleet to Southern Glazer's U.S. footprint.
