RF Investment Partners Makes Majority Investment in Valley Vital (Valley Infusion & Home Infusion Richmond)

RF Investment Partners has made a majority investment in Valley Infusion, LLC and Home Infusion Richmond, LLC (together “Valley Vital”), a Vital Care franchisee operating infusion therapy pharmacies across territories in Virginia and West Virginia. O2 Sponsor Finance provided senior secured credit facilities to support the recapitalization; proceeds will be used to expand services, open new locations, and pursue additional territory and franchisee acquisitions while management (CEO Preston Estep and COO Stefan Debski) remains in place.
