GovernmentCIO Acquires Salient CRGT from Bridge Growth Partners and Frontenac

GovernmentCIO, a Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe-backed federal IT provider, has completed the acquisition of Salient CRGT from Bridge Growth Partners and Frontenac. The deal combines two complementary government IT services firms into a scaled platform (to be named GovCIO) with more than 2,200 employees and approximately $700 million of revenue in 2021, expanding capability across national security, federal civilian, and federal health markets.
