Hawx Services, a pest control provider based in Ogden, Utah, was acquired by private equity firm PCM Growth, LLC on March 12, 2021. Under PCM Growth ownership, Hawx will invest in technology, digital marketing and inorganic growth to build a national pest-management platform while management remains in place with significant equity.
