TELUS International Acquires WillowTree for US$1.225B

TELUS International has entered a definitive agreement to acquire WillowTree, a Charlottesville-based digital product consultancy, for a total enterprise value of US$1.225 billion. The acquisition, in which majority stakeholder Insignia Capital Group will sell its stake, expands TELUS International’s digital design and engineering capabilities, client roster and onshore/nearshore delivery footprint; the deal is expected to close in January 2023 subject to customary conditions.

BlackRock Makes Minority Investment in Willow Network

The acquisition expands Mastech InfoTrellis' data and analytics offerings to include customer experience consulting and managed services, and is expected to enhance global delivery capabilities across North America, EMEA, India and ASEAN.
