Blue Wolf Capital Partners, in partnership with Stonepeak, has completed the acquisition of Montreal-based LOGISTEC Corporation for approximately C$1.2 billion, taking the company private. Blue Wolf has committed to keep LOGISTEC's head office in Québec and plans more than C$200 million in capital expenditures and growth initiatives to expand the marine terminal and environmental services business.

Canada Cartage Acquires Stalco Inc.

Canada Cartage has acquired Stalco Inc., a Toronto-based third-party logistics provider specializing in e-commerce fulfillment, inventory management, and cross-border shipping. Stalco will operate under its existing brand and be integrated with Canada Cartage’s fulfillment and distribution division (CCLS), with existing staff and management remaining in place.

Stord Acquires Cove Logistics

Stord, an Atlanta-based digital warehousing and distribution network, acquired transportation partner Cove Logistics to add freight capabilities and broaden its end-to-end supply chain offering. The deal brings roughly 15 Cove employees into Stord and integrates full truckload, LTL, intermodal and other freight services into Stord’s distribution network and software platform to better serve enterprise and retail customers.

Watco Logistics Acquires Colossal Transport Solutions
