BTS Group AB has agreed to acquire Bates Communications Inc., a Boston-based executive coaching and corporate communications firm, to strengthen BTS's executive and team development offerings and establish a stronger presence in the US Northeast. Bates reported revenues above $7 million in 2020 and about 23 employees; the deal includes cash consideration, newly issued BTS shares and contingent earnouts.

Eleda Group, a Triton TSM fund portfolio company, has acquired all shares in Salboheds Bygg & Anläggningstjänster AB, a civil engineering and contract services provider in the Västerås area of central Sweden. The add-on expands Eleda Group's regional coverage into the Stockholm–Mälaren region; Salbohed AB reports roughly SEK 400 million in annual revenue and about 50 full-time employees plus 30 contractors.

Mubadala Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Bugaboo Group from Bain Capital

Bioenergy DevCo Acquires BTS Biogas

Bioenergy DevCo (Bioenergy Development Company) has acquired Italy-based BTS Biogas to expand anaerobic digestion technology and operations in North America. BTS Biogas will operate as an affiliate, enabling Bioenergy DevCo to deploy modular anaerobic digestion plants that convert organic waste into renewable natural gas and soil amendments.
