Xaar Acquires Megnajet

Xaar has completed the acquisition of Megnajet, a UK-based designer and manufacturer of industrial ink management and supply systems. The purchase expands Xaar's inkjet solutions portfolio and strengthens its capability to offer more integrated ink supply and electronics systems to OEM customers, while Megnajet will continue to grow under new leadership.
