Xplor Technologies and Clubessential Holdings entered into a definitive agreement to combine their businesses, creating a scaled global platform for vertical software and embedded payments across “everyday life” industries. The merger is expected to close by year end, subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions, with the combined organization led by Clubessential CEO Randy Eckels.
